Biker Leather Ltd. demands that you are completely satisfied with every purchase.
If a problem exists, we'll do whatever it takes to accomodate your every wish
and desire. If for some reason a product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll
make it right! And if we can't perform to your satisfaction, we'll gladly refund
your money. We take customer service extremely seriously!
Shipping Promotions
Free Shipping
We will on occasion offer a free shipping promotion on eligible items for orders
over $99.00, to be shipped within the contiguous United States
only. Items will be shipped standard ground via FedEx, Airborne, UPS, or USPS
at our discretion.
3 Day Shipping
We also offer 3 day express shipping for a flat rate of $28.00
to areas in the contiguous United States, for packages with a maximum
weight of 8 pounds. For heavier packages, additional charges may apply.
To take advantage of this offer, type 3 day shipping in the
comment box at check out, or use the contact
form on this site. Shortly thereafter you will receive a request from PayPal
for the additional funds. Once the funds are received, we will process your
order.
For our International customers, we will ship to you for the regular shipping costs, also minus the $12.00 domestic shipping charge.
Saddle Bags and Racing Suits are not included in our free shipping promotion due to their weight, and will be charged their normal shipping cost.
Shipping and Handling
For your convience, we employ a fixed standard ground shipping charge
of $12.00 per order for items shipped in the continental U.S., in one
package, and with a total weight under 10 pounds. For packages weighing more
than 10 pounds, there is an additional handling fee of $8.00.
Saddlebags typicaly weigh at 30 pounds and are shipped for $35.00.
Shipping surcharges will be added as appropriate to international packages.
'Next Day' or 'Second Day' delivery is also available at your request. Please
indicate this in the customer contact text box (as well as any other special
requests) on the check out page, and we will provide you with the proper shipping
information via email. Next Day/Second Day Air charges are subject to an dditional
handling fee plus actual UPS charges. Orders typically ship in 2-4 Business
days. Orders are not shipped holidays or week-ends.
Shipping fees will be adjusted to reflect promotional items, free shipping, and/or shipping miscalculations prior to processing. You will be notified by email of any adjusted shipping and/or handling amounts. You must provide us with a valid email address for this reason and others.
International Shipping:
Biker Leather Ltd. does ship to international locations via UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. The shipping rates vary according to country. When you initially order an item, you are charged the fixed domestic rate of $12.00 per item. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a Request for Money through PayPal for the international shipping and handling charges, minus the shipping amount already paid at the time of the order. Once the additional shipping funds are received, we will process the order immediately. Please allow 4-8 days for international orders to leave our warehouse. Biker Leather Ltd. is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to uncontrollable events such as custom delays. Also be aware that many countries charge taxes and/or additional fees at entry.
Shipping to Canada is done through UPS at a fixed rate of $35.00 US and can take up to 10 days to arrive. Once the order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
We ship to the United Kingdom via the United States Postal Service Global Express Mail at a fixed rate of $50.00 US. Delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on UK customs. Once the order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
For Your Protection:
In order to prevent fraud, we do require that you provide us with a valid email
address, or in the absense of one, a telephone number where we can contact you
if necessary. If we cannot contact you, your order could concievably not be
filled due to "suspicous" credit card activity. This is for your protection
and ours!
Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer
shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original
product packaging.
There is a restock fee of 20% for any returned, undamaged product. If exchanging
an item there is not a restock fee, and the customer pays shipping charges.
To return or exchange an item, contact us by email. We will then forward the proper documentation via a Word attachment for you to print out and place in the box with the return item. Shipping instructions along with the warehouse address will be included in the email. Do not ship to our offices as this will incur an extra shipping charge.
Incorrect Item Received:
No extra charge. Biker Leather Ltd will replace incorrect items and pay return
shipping charges. Biker Leather Ltd. will reimburse Standard Ground shipping
rates only if we sent the wrong size/item, We will replace the item or credit
your card when the product is returned to us. Send any/all returns by USPS or
UPS Ground. You are responsible for shipping fees of any returned product.
Refused Orders:
Any refused order is subject to a 20% Restocking Fee, a 5% Processing Fee, and
Shipping Charges.
Any Canceled Order, once it has been charged, is treated the same as
a refused order above.
Cancellations:
Orders may only be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped. To cancel an
order, please call (904) 807-3862.
Closeouts Items:
No refunds will be given on closeout or Outlet items. These items are offered
to customers at extremely low prices. These items can be exchanged, but are
subject to availability.
Store Cedits and Gift Certificates:
In order to better serve our friends and customers, Biker Leather Ltd.will honor
all store credits and gift certificates for a period of up to one year from
the original date of issue. Please contact contact us by email prior to your
expiration date if you need to make other arrangements.
Return Shipping Instructions:
Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail. Insure shipment for full value of
purchase. Biker Leather Ltd is not responsible for packages lost during return
shipping. When sending items for return or exchange, please obtain a tracking
number from your shipper (FedEx and UPS will give you one automatically, USPS
requires Delivery Confirmation). Please ship all items in a shipping box. Remember
to clearly write the RA number on the shipping box.
